Where is My Order? When Will My Splendies Ship Each Month?

**For our CANADIAN CUSTOMERS - Canada Post has resumed delivering after a month long strike. They have advised us to continue to expect major delays as they work to deliver the backlog of packages. Please be patient, your packages will deliver. Thank you for your understanding during this time. Splendies ships renewing monthly packages approximately 2-3 times a month. Your actual ship date will depend on when your account renews. Please see a more detailed schedule below. The first batch of monthly shipments goes out around the 19th. 

You'll always receive an automated email once your Splendies ship out. If you aren't able to locate the email, please check your spam folder and allow all emails from team@splendies.com to go directly into your inbox. Delivery times vary based on location and it usually takes about 5 to 10 business days to deliver, but please allow up to 14 days for your package to arrive domestically. Please allow extra time for International shipments.

Splendies initially bills on the 11th each month and the first batch of shipments start shipping on or around the 19th (depending on weekends and holidays). If your account renews a little late, don't worry, you'll still get your Splendies! Your package will just ship out with the second or third batch of shipments depending on what date your payment is processed. Each month, we bill through the 7th of the following month or until inventory runs out, whichever occurs first. If your account renews at the end of the month/beginning of the next month, your package will ship with the last batch of shipments for the month.
