Splendies ships renewing packages approximately 3 times a month. Your actual ship date will depend on when your account renews.
Splendies initially bills on the 11th and the first batch of shipments start shipping on or around the 19th (depending on weekends and holidays). If your account renews a little late, don't worry, you'll still get your Splendies! Your package will just ship out with the second or third batch of shipments depending on what date your payment is processed.
You'll receive an email with your tracking information once your Splendies ships out. If you aren't able to locate the email please check your spam folder and allow all emails from firstname.lastname@example.org to go directly into your inbox.
You can always set up alerts once you receive your tracking number to know exactly where your Splendies are at all times. You can even get a text notification when they deliver! If you have any questions you can reach us at email@example.com.
It usually takes about 5 to 7 days for your package to arrive domestically. Please allow extra time for International shipments.
