Splendies ships renewing packages approximately 3 times a month. Your ship date depends on when your package renews.

Splendies initially bills on the 11th and with the first batch of shipments starting on or around the 19th (depending on weekends and holidays).

 

You'll receive an email with delivery tracking once your Splendies ships out. If you aren't able to locate the email please check your spam folder and allow all emails from team@splendies.com to go directly into your inbox. You can also log into your account to get your latest tracking information as well.



You can always set up alerts to know exactly where your Splendies are at all times and even get a text when they deliver! If you have any questions you can reach us at team@splendies.com.

It usually takes about 5 to 7 days for your package to arrive domestically. Please allow extra time for International shipments.
