Your first Splendies package will ship out about 10 days AFTER you place your initial order and you will receive a tracking email once your order is processed for shipment. These notifications are automated and do sometimes get sorted to spam, so if you don't see it, be sure to allow emails from team@splendies.com.

So if you ordered on the 1st of the month, for example, you can expect your package to ship out on or around the 11th. We ship approximately three times a month to ensure the best opportunity for you to receive your package in a timely manner. Please allow more time for Canadian and International orders and also during high volume times (holidays).

If you placed an order for an additional item when you signed up for your initial subscription order, please note that these are processed separately so you may not receive them both at the same time. 

*Please note that if you are placing your initial order at the end of the month, it is possible that your account may renew before you receive your first package. You can always skip your first renewal to be sure you get your first Splendies package before you are billed again.
