In July 2021, we opened a warehouse in Vancouver, so your Splendies will be shipping from within Canada so you can get your packages faster. You'll receive a notification when your package ships, but since it is shipping through Canada Post, you won't be able to track the package. By shipping your package from within your country, it no longer has to go through customs and you can enjoy your Splendies as quickly as possible. New orders normally ship out about 10 days after the order is placed.

Recurring subscriptions bill on the 11th of the month and we start shipping them usually around the 19th. They are shipped in batches, so sometimes your package may go out a few days earlier or a few days later. You'll receive a notification each month that your package has shipped so you know they are on the way. If your account renews after the 11th, your monthly package will be shipping out with one of our other batches later in the month and the shipping date will be dependent upon the day your account renewed. 

Please note that delivery times do vary and can be as fast as 4-7 business days. But please know that depending on your location within Canada, it may take a little longer to deliver.

We aren't able to provide reshipments for incorrect addresses. Reshipments may incur a $10 fee for expedited reshipment.

Note:  Special shipments and shop orders ship from within the US so they will take longer to deliver due to customs, but please know that your Splendies are on their way. There are also some times when a package may have to ship from within the US and may take longer to deliver. 

 

If you place your order for a monthly subscription at the end of the month, you may not receive your first package until after your subscription renews. If you do not want to be billed for a second month before your first package arrives, you can log in and skip the next month or cancel your subscription (you can always restart it at anytime in the future).
