We'd be sorry to see you go but we understand that these things do happen. There are 2 simple ways to cancel your subscription simply and easily. 

The easiest way to manage or cancel your subscription is by logging into your account.

1. Go to https://splendies.cratejoy.com/customer/login and login to your account
2. Go to the "Update Your Information" section and click "Edit"                           

3. In the UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION screen, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. 

4. You'll be given the option to either skip multiple months of your subscription or to continue with your full cancellation. 

Or you can also Cancel by going to the Contact Us form on our website:

1. Enter the name and email address that you used to sign up
2. Select the Subject "I Want to Cancel My Subscription" - For our own feedback, please let us know how we can improve Splendies
3. Hit Submit Request. Your cancelation will be processed within 48 hours.

Cancelations must be done before the 8th of the month so as not to be billed for that month's shipment.

Cancelations made on or after the 8th will result in the subscription being renewed for that month and it will be canceled going forward. We are not able to refund accounts that have renewed correctly. No exceptions can be made.

NOTE:  If you wish to cancel your prepaid (3 month, 6 month, or 12 month) subscription, you may do so at any time. But please note that prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancelling your prepaid subscription will disable the auto-renewal feature on your account, but will not impact any current shipments for which you have already paid. For example, if you have a 6 month subscription and canceled after the fourth month, you would still receive your last 2 packages, but would not be billed again after you have received all of your shipments.

Did you know that we now offer a single pair subscription option. If you'd still like to receive your monthly Splendies, but need a less expensive alternative, this is a great option! You can switch to the Single Pair option within your account portal.
