We're sorry to see you go but we know that these things happen. You may cancel your subscription at anytime. Cancelling is very easy. Just log into your account and follow the instructions on how to cancel (this is the fastest and will provide an immediate cancellation). Or go to our Contact Us Page and select "I Need to Cancel My Subscription."
Month to Month Subscriptions
If you wish to cancel your month to month subscription make sure to do so via email before the 8th of the month. If you request a cancelation on your month to month subscription on or after the 8th of the month you will still be billed for that month's package later in the month and subsequent packages will be cancelled.
Pre-Paid 3, 6, or 12 Month Subscriptions
If you wish to cancel your pre-paid (3 month, 6 month, or 12 month) subscription you may do so at anytime. But please note that we do not give refunds on pre-paid subscriptions. Cancelling your pre-paid subscription will disable the auto-renewal feature on your account, but will not affect your current one. For example, if you have a 3 month subscription and canceled after the second month, you would still receive your third package but nothing after that.
*Please note that accounts that were not cancelled prior to the 8th of the month are not eligible for a refund and the shipment cannot be cancelled.
