With Splendies you'll always receive a tracking number for your package. Once your order processes we'll send you an email with your tracking information. If you can't locate this email please check your spam folder as this automated message will sometimes go there. Please make sure to allow all emails from team@splendies.com to go directly into your inbox. 

If you're still having trouble locating your tracking number you can always find it by logging into your account and going to the "Your Subscription(s)" section in your account. Your most tracking number will be right at the top. If you have multiple subscriptions each shipment will have its own unique tracking number. 

The tracking number will remain until we process your next month's package so always make sure click on your tracking to see which month's tracking is currently in your account.
