With Splendies you'll always receive a tracking number for your package if it is shipping within the US. (International customers outside of Canada will also receive a tracking number). Once your order processes, we'll send you an email with your tracking information. We always send this email, so if you can't locate it please check your spam folder as this automated message will sometimes go there. Please make sure to allow all emails from team@splendies.com to go directly into your inbox.

If you're a Canadian customer, your package will ship from Vancouver through Canada Post. Door-to-door tracking is not available, but you'll receive a notification that your package has shipped so that you know your package is on the way.
