We hope that you're staying safe during this very difficult time. In order to maintain the safety of our workers we've switched to a more traditional subscription box rolling shipping schedule.

If you ordered prior to the monthly cutoff date of the 17th we'll ship your first Splendies within 14-30 days. If you ordered after the cut off date your package will ship with the following month's shipments during the final week of that month.

So if you ordered on the 16th you can expect your Splendies to ship out between the 30th of the current month and the 16th of the following month. If you ordered on the 17th or after then you can expect your first package to ship out the following month between the 18th and 30th.

You will receive an email with delivery tracking once your order is processed for shipment and you can always log into your account to check on your tracking as well. The tracking number will post to your account once your order has processed.




As always, you can cancel or skip your subscription at any time.

A note to our International Members:
Please allow more time for Canadian and International orders and also during the current pandemic and high volume times (holidays). Due to the extended time that it takes for Canadian and International shipments to deliver it is possible that your subscription may renew prior to you receiving your first package. We highly encourage Canadian and International subscribers to skip their renewal so that they are not charged for a second month before receiving their first.
