If you forgot to update your size before the cut off date and know that your size will be incorrect, please contact our customer service team to see if it is possible to return your package. As long as the package has been unopened, we can sometimes make an exception for a return/exchange. Reach out to them directly to discuss your options. In the event that an exception is made to allow for the return your package instead of exchanging it, shipping and handling is nonrefundable.
Please note that Splendies does not pay for the shipping cost to return packages back to us. We also highly recommend that you send the package with tracking so that you know when it delivers to our warehouse.
Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept a return of your Splendies if you've opened your package. No exceptions can be made.
