We're always here to help our subscribers and get your Splendies out to you in a timely manner.
In order to make any corrections quickly, we must be notified of any issue or problem within 30 days of your last shipment. That way if there's an issue with your Splendies (forgot to update size, did not change type of package, missed address change) it can be corrected right away so it doesn't affect any future months of your subscription. So if it's January and you had a conern about past packages, we would be able to address your December package but not your November or October.
Please remember that the cut off date to make any changes to your subscription is the 8th of the month. As long as you make a change before the 8th we'll be able to adjust your subscription for that month's Splendies.
